PAC-350 |
The
PAC-350 series of Antenna Controllers
are specifically designed to control
3-axis Mobile (vehicle based) SNG
Antenna Systems. Besides it can operate
with PALS DriveNews series
drive-away/fly-away antenna systems it
can also be easily adapted/interfaced
with any others manufacturer’s antenna
systems.
The PAC-350 can easily be configured
depending upon application as basic jog
controller with only manual control or
by interfacing high precision sensor kit
(GPS, Fluxgate compass, resolvers, limit
switches and DVB receiver) it became an
very smart antenna controller with
Autopointing capability. With a
“one-touch” through on front panel of
controller or web GUI, it can position
the antenna to the desired satellite,
search and find the reference DVB
signal, and precisely make the fine
peaking, and the cross-pole adjustment
of the feed-horn. It can intelligently
track the inclined orbit satellites even
in high inclination condition with a
very smart tracking algorithm.
The PAC-350 ACU consists of an ODU,
which is normally installed in the
Antenna pod (shell) and an indoor 2RU
rack mounted control panel with LCD
display, touch-sense keypads and
navigation buttons for data entry
antenna jog operation. The system comes
with a handheld controller instead of or
in addition to rack mounted control
panel upon requested with same features
and capability.
The PAC-350M can be powered directly off
a nominal 12VDC (vehicle) battery when
the mains power (220VAC) is not
available. |
