Product Service maintains a staff of
highly qualified product technicians to
provide a level of service consistent
with our high-performance equipment.
This staff is available to assist our
customers in the repair of all our
products.
We follow
a precise product development and
testing process to ensure high
quality products. But, in case the
equipment needs to be returned for
repair or servicing, we provide a
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
service. By following the RMA
process, you can easily return the
product for service or replacement
in the event of a product failure.
In order to provide the best service
and protection, the equipment is
preferably shipped in its original
packing. Please also include a copy
of the trouble shooting report or
downloaded diagnostics report
including the contact details.
Please note that each returned
repair will be accompanied by a
detailed report.
